The City of Charlotte’s Human Resources Department is seeking a highly experienced Human Resources (HR) professional to serve as a Compensation Analyst.

 

 

Salary Range $85,000- $100,000.00 dependent on relevant experience

The City of Charlotte is seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst with deep expertise in compensation practices, particularly in government or large complex organizations. In this role, you will collaborate with various city departments, providing critical compensation guidance, conducting in-depth salary surveys, and performing advanced job analysis to support city-wide compensation strategies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working directly with operational departments, offering compensation consulting, and making strategic pay recommendations. You will play a key role in ensuring our compensation structures are competitive, equitable, and aligned with both city policies and broader market trends.
